Opened in 1994 by husband-and-wife team, Jim and Cheryl Rettig, Cactus Ya Ya has long been a popular East Vancouver neighborhood restaurant and bar for friends and families to gather.

The Ya Ya offers a diverse menu featuring the local favorite “Ya Ya Rolls”, pastas, seafood, halibut tacos, burgers, enchiladas, and more.

A lively, vibrant bar offers a list of specialty margaritas, a full selection of specialty cocktails, wines by the glass, local micro brews on tap, and imported and domestic bottled beers served ice cold out of our claw-foot tub. The daily happy hour menu has developed a loyal following of long-time regular customers.
